Count exception requests awaiting the caller

/v1/{namespace}/exception-requests/summary

The number of pending requests the caller can decide, in total and per firewall.

The namespace id.

enabled*boolean

Whether any firewall the caller can read accepts exception requests.

needsReview*integer

The number of pending requests the caller can decide.

needsReviewByFirewall*

The same count per firewall id; firewalls without such requests are absent.
