Download a proxy's CA certificate
GET
The certificate the web proxy must trust for this proxy, as a PEM file: the proxy's own CA, or the deployment's shared root when trust is shared. Needs namespace access. Answered with 400 when the proxy trusts the shared root and the deployment has none.
